Terms and conditions of travel
The customer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of travel and ticketing when using public transport services in the Kuopio region. The terms and conditions also include a privacy policy.
Lost and found
Lost bus cards
You can inquire about lost Waltti travel cards either from customer service or from transport operators. To make it easier to find your travel card, it is a good idea to find out the card number in advance, if possible, or to mention if your name is written on the card. Cards found on buses are delivered to public transport customer service every two weeks.
If you lose your personal Waltti travel card, please contact the public transport service point. Your personal card can be blocked so that no one else can use it for travel.
Tickets on a lost personal travel card can be transferred to a new card at the customer service point. The transfer of remaining season tickets will be made from the day you go to the service point to report the loss. A processing fee of €6 will be charged for the transfer, and a card fee of €5 will be charged for the new travel card.
A multi user Waltti travel card is equivalent to cash. It cannot be blocked, and its value cannot be transferred to another card.
Items left on the bus
The transport operators are responsible for lost property found on buses, and inquiries about lost property should be directed to them.
