If you lose your travel card
Lost Waltti travel cards should be reported either to the operator or the customer service of the Urban Environment. Cards found on buses are returned to the service point of Urban Environment by operators, Kuopio Info and Sokos service point once every two weeks.
Closing and transferring value from lost Waltti travel card
If you have lost your personal Waltti travel card, contact the service point of Kuopio region Public Transport.
A personal travel card can be closed. Value remaining on the lost card can be transferred to a new card at the service point of Kuopio region Public Transport, and nobody can use the lost card for travelling afterwards. Remember to take your identity document with you!
The season remaining on the lost Waltti travel card can be transferred to a new card with effect from the day when you go to the service point to report the loss. The new travel card costs 5 euros, and a processing fee of 5 euros is charged for the transfer.
The multi-user Waltti travel card is like cash. It cannot be closed nor the value transferred to another card.
