Ticket prices and service fees increase 1.1.2025

Public transport ticket prices and service charges will increase on 1.1.2025.The price increases are due to the government's decisions to increase the value added tax on public transport from 10% to 14% and cuts in state aid for public transport.

Ticket prices will increase by around 6%. The price changes apply to both season and single fares in all zones.

Examples of new ticket prices (current prices in brackets):

• Single ticket for adults in AB zones 2.85 € (2.70 €)
• 30-day season ticket for adult in AB zones 61.50 € (58.00 €)

Service charges will also increase. The service charges will include, for example, service charges at the city's customer service points for additional loading of travel cards and processing fees for replacing travel cards. There will continue to be no service charges for online purchases.

The new prices are shown below (current prices in brackets):

• Processing fee 6.00 € (5.00 €)
