You can pay for your journey on Vilkku buses with cash. Please note, however, that tickets purchased with cash are more expensive than other payment methods. Tickets are purchased from the driver in cash when boarding the vehicle. Please pay with exact change or small bills (less than €50) to make it easier to give change.
Cash tickets include a 60-minute transfer time in zone AB, during which you can make free transfers. For journeys within other zones and between zones, the transfer time is 90 minutes. Transfers are made by scanning the receipt from the cash payment in the reader or by showing the receipt to the driver. Please keep your receipt with you throughout your journey.
Single tickets purchased between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. are subject to the night fare.
